On behalf of the ASEAN Model Meeting Pertamina University (MAM UP) 2023 and confirm the registration. To apply for MAM UP 2023, delegates must understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility (Team Member)

a. Delegates will form teams consisting of 4 members. Individual registrants will be assigned to delegations through a random selection process. We strongly encourage delegates to proactively connect with their fellow participants in order to foster familiarity and establish a cohesive team dynamic prior to the event.

b. Model ASEAN Meeting of the PERTAMINA University provides an excellent opportunity for the younger generation who are currently pursuing secondary education in the ASEAN region to take part in this event.

c. Students must be between the ages of 15-18.

d. Participation in MAM UP 2023 is open to everyone worldwide, not limited to delegates from ASEAN member countries.

2. Registration

a. Delegates will register through the Registration page. Those who register as a delegation should list their team members. They will be evaluated and accepted based on their application results. Once the total capacity was reached, those will be closed. Participants must carefully read the terms and agree to the terms.

b. We encourage those who are inexperienced with the ASEAN mechanism and first-timers to join as well.

c. In order to secure participation in MAM UP 2023, participants are required to fulfill the payment process.

d. Participants will receive notification regarding their eligibility to participate in MAM UP's upcoming promotional campaigns at a later time.

e. Participants will be notified to participate in MAM UP's future promotional campaign at a later date.

f. Payment is made no later than two days after registration.

g. If you require an extension to complete your payment or encounter any issues during the payment process, please do not hesitate to contact our team for further assistance.

3. Payment

a. Payment will be made once you have completed the registration process. The amount paid covers only the operational costs and consumption during the event.

4. Privacy and Intellectual Property

a. MAM UP reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to MAM UP and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the conference and social events without limitations.

b. By registering for Model ASEAN Meeting PERTAMINA University, all participants acknowledge and agree that the data, results, and materials generated during the event are the exclusive property of Model ASEAN Meeting Pertamina University. Therefore, no dissemination of these products, data, results, and materials through publications, reports, conferences, or any other means is permitted without obtaining express written consent from Model ASEAN Meeting Pertamina University

c. MAM UP reserves the right to update notifications and provide you with up-to-date information through various communication channels, including email and other information pages.

d. Registrants of Model ASEAN Meeting Pertamina University now certify that by completing the registration process, all the information submitted is truthful and accurate. Any falsification or inaccurate information, either intentional or

unintentional, will disqualify the registrant from participating in Model ASEAN Meeting Pertamina University, and falsification of information and impersonation may result in legal actions.

 

Participants also understand that all materials produced in this conference (draft statements, position papers, etc.) must be original work with academic sources, written in APA style citation. The committee will inform any further requirements for the format of documents. During the conference, participants are expected to follow the laws of The Republic of Indonesia. Participants are obligated to follow the rules of the conference and are personally responsible for any misdemeanors or damages to the properties and facilities of the conference and venues.

 

Participants will receive The Code of Conduct from the committee, which they are expected and obligated to adhere to throughout the conference. Any instances of misconduct will be subject to penalties, including potential removal from the conference without eligibility for a refund.
